9 Refuse Ship Entry - No ISSC

Mackay Port Authority reserves the right to refuse entry to the Port of Mackay, any vessel unable to provide to the Port Security Officer, a current International Ships Security Certificate.

Mackay Port Authority reserves the right to revoke or change any of the contents of any permission or approval as indicated herein. No liability is accepted by Mackay Port Authority in the event that incorrect information is conveyed (in writing or verbally) by an Authorised Officer contrary to the stated approvals herein.
